If you’re not totally obsessed with your Justorrbeauty.com purchase, we offer pre-paid returns for all U.S. orders within 14 days of you receiving your purchase! You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, not including your original shipping charge. We will only accept items purchased on justorrbeauty.com without broken seal for a return; Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions below.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR U.S. ORDERS

Please visit our returns center via email , to indicate which item you would like to return and the reason for each return. Please note you must select all items you would like to return; additional items not specified will not be processed for a refund.
- Please note $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from original price for returning shipping label at customer expenses.
- Pack the item(s) you’d like to return in the original packaging (as seal should be intact). Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the front of the packageMail your return package via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received via email.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Please follow the for Canada, UK, EU, and AUS orders.
- For all other international orders, please contact international customer service.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on items with hazmat shipping restrictions, such as Foundation or Hold Prime Spray items. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. We do not offer exchanges for international returns at this time.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Justorr Beauty + Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@justorrbeauty.com.
Justorr Beauty + Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
