Please note if your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., Prime Spray Foundation, etc.), US orders must ship via ground Standard Shipping. International orders must ship DHL Express. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

DOMESTICS SHIPPING COST  + DELIVER TIMES 

Orders must be placed by 1pm CT to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 1pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
